I ordered this for my father-in-law, who has just started using an insulin pump recently, and has had trouble finding a comfortable way to carry it. Due to back problems, he needed something that wasn't rigid and wouldn't be too bulky around his waist. Based on other reviews, we decided to try this one. The pouch is very comfortable for him. He's able to adjust it to be tighter or looser as needed, and can shift it up or down without having to take it off and change the strap length. The pouch is plenty big enough for the little pump, and it's easy for him to tuck the extra length of the tubing inside as well, which removes the worry that it could get snagged and yanked during changing. It slips around a bit if he tries to have it settled on the curve of his belly, but that's due to his physical structure, not any issue with the belt. Once he has it set in a secure spot, it doesn't shift around on him. The quality seems to be very good. The zipper moves easily, the strap is easily adjustable but doesn't slip easily once you have it set, and the elastic seems sturdy. Even if we do need to replace it in a few months, as a couple of other reviews have suggested, the price is reasonable enough that it's not something we're worried about. Overall, this is very functional for his needs, and we're very happy with it.

I just got my first ever insulin pump and I was having issues with it because it’s kind of bulky and I felt like I was wearing an oversized pager from my youth. I did a lot of research and this one got the best reviews. I’m really glad I got it. I can sleep at night with the pump and barely even realize it’s on me. I flip around a lot at night due to pain, so this helps me not pull on the infusion set or rip it out by accident. I also wear it during the day under dresses or over my clothes. I can pull it tighter or I can make it nice and loose. The material is also nice. Please make more in the same soft material in pretty designs such as maybe a pretty light blue or light pink with little roses on it or other pretty florals. I would love to wear something other than black. Also good price point. I have major sensory issues so the fabric being non-scratchy or weird feeling on my fingernails is a huge plus. Thank you.

I really love and appreciate this belt. I love that it has two zippers for both directions. It's small and convenient. As I am plus size the best fit for it is my waist right under my chest. I would love to purchase this in different colors since my device is black.

As a male I have no bra to hook my pump on. I find this pouch works just fine for me and the belt holds tight so there is little movement. Very happy with this and worth the money. Extra storage if your a jogger or want to store some items, wallet keys etc

I purchased the first one almost 3 weeks ago, and the second one a week later. I am a first-time T1 diabetic, i am using this with an ilet Pump, it fits nicely, no issues. I dont just use it for night time sleeping only, but i also have it on during the day, as i am to scared to get snagged on anything with the tube, this makes it so much easier, especially with the two zippers, why because i have to flip the pump to one direction or the other during the night time, as i place the pounch on the middle under my bellly button on my waist, as i sleep and flip to left to right side sleeping, even on my belly, no issues and wearing this under my cloths during work, it is as if it is NOT even there, as if it is apart of my body and it is close to it. I recommend it, I was skeptical, I read about all the different people, and I purchased a second one. Update: 10/24/2026 - I just purchased two more, so i have more on handle. I love these, it is like i am not wearing a pump, as the old school peeper type was just to bulky...
