These are fab crystals and i have used them for years but they don't seem to be as strong as they used to be but maybe it's better for some people it's just my opinion as I love strong scents but overall good value 😉

I get a stuffy nose at night; I haven't got a cold, I think it may be allergies but I don't know what is causing it but I can't sleep without relief, I've been using too much nasal spray, they say you shouldn't use it too long, so I needed an alternative. I remember my family using this stuff when I was a kid and we would all had colds all the time...lol and I thought I'd give it a go having not used it for years, and I have to say it was powerful instant relief. Just a few crystals, I mean literally 7 or 8 in a small cup (the size of an espresso cup for example) filled it with boiled water and breathed in. Totally amazing and the relief lasted too! I've got it here right now at my bedside and although the water has gone cold it still is effective, although it's stronger when the water is hot. I remember my mum used to put in in a facial steamer in the living room so it wafted around the room so we could all benefit but it's not necessary to do that. I just need it at bedtime, in bed basically, very happy that I remembered about this stuff, I got it from Amazon as I needed to make up the money to get free delivery; the other item I was purchasing was just under the required amount so I chose this Care Menthol to qualify and I'm very glad I was forced to do this! Do you remember when they used to suggest add on items if you were just under the free delivery amount, I don't think they do that anymore, I think they should still do that, because obviously you wouldn't buy this on it's own.
