WB SOCKS5 pairs of Plain Baby Socks - Roll Top Socks

I have tried to email seller direct but there is no contact information for them!! I ordered these baby socks thinking that they would be newborn/0-3 months by looking at the picture and the description saying baby, I have received them today and they have come in a size 12-18 month! There were no option to select a size of the socks that I need so I have now wasted money as I would have to save those socks for about a year and a half before they become any use to me, also I still do not have the socks 8 the size that I need!.
