Can anyone tell me exactly what comes in the 15-piece set?

1, 2, 3, & 5-quart cooking pots. The 3-quart pot comes with a steamer insert. 8, 10.5, and 12-inch skillets, and a 10.5-inch saucepan. The lid for the 3-quart pot also serves as the lid for the 8-inch skillet, and the 10.5-inch skillet and saucepan also use the same lid. 15 pieces in all. Wife and I have been pleased with the set.

Can you cook on high on a stove or should you not go past a medium temperatures.

NO, do NOT cook on High.The instructions say , use on medium flame..It is not healthy for the food you eat, to cook on a higher flame.. I bought this for my Grandson, and it did not last long, as he cooks on a higher flame then I do, although not on high..Do Not stack this cookware on top of each other, that will take the coating of. Once its off, your cooking on Aluminum, Not healthy at all, then you can throw this out.I do have these pans . Mine has lasted me a few months and still look like new. Cause I don't use a high flame, I don't put any cookware in the dishwasher, and I don't use medal utensils. Even though it says you can. Don't. It says before using this cookware, you have to prime it first. Use alittle healthy oil. I use coconut oil. Every time I use these I use organic coconut oil. These pans are make in China, the box is made in the USA..A bit Tricky I would say...Enjoy..

Do the two pans shown without lids in the picture above fit lids included in the set?

Yes: the lid that fits thelarge saute pan also fits the steep-sided frying pan, and the lid that fits the small saute pan also fits the 2qt pot. So, they've got things covered so long as you don't need lids for both at once. If you do, plan better or use foil.

Yes, they are in fact lead free.I am recommending these to everyone, they are amazing! I spent close to $600 on a really nice stainless steel set with the copper base and I find myself always cooking with my new ceramic set. You will not be disappointed with these. I also bought two different sets of the silicone utensils which I also recommend to protect your new investment
