Description: Never carry your stethoscope on your neck again! To use: Place the head of the stethoscope between the earpieces and then place the stethoscope in the holder. Close the Velcro fastening and enjoy the convenience of having your stethoscope always available! It is more fashionable than any conventional holder. It specially designed for both men and women. It will give you a premium stethoscope holder experience and great look. How to use it? First, clip on the empty StethoClip. The optimal place to attach the StethoClip is at the midaxillary line on the left hip, clipped to a belt or pant waistband. (The metal clip can be used with scrubs but may need padding - knuckle bandage or similar - if the clip lies against bare skin.) Placement on the left hip ensures that the opening leather wing is facing backward, so that it cannot get caught on anything that would inadvertently pull it open. Midaxillary placement allows the StethoClip to be out of the way when sitting, walking, running, or boarding an ambulance or helicopter. Too far forward and it gets in the way of things like your pants pocket or a doorknob. Too far back and it impedes comfortable seating. Thus, the midaxillary line is usually best. (For those with wide hips, placement slightly behind the midaxillary line is sometimes more comfortable.) Second, get the stethoscope ready for holstering into the StethoClip by tucking the head (the diaphragm and bell) of the stethoscope inside the top of the round space made by pushing both earpiece arms together (see photos). Open the two StethoClip wings, place the head-and-earpiece assembly inside, and close the wings so that the stethoscope head lies on top of the wings. The stethoscope tubing should hang below the StethoClip.

Not practical for active environments like the ER.
The idea behind the Stethoclip is great, but it doesn't perform well in the fast-paced, high acuity, very active environment of the emergency room. It fell off constantly and my stethoscope slid within the clip. It turned out to be very impractical for my use. Though it may serve well for a practitioner in a different environment, I was quite disappointed.

I love it.I have tried other clips due to my stethoscope is a bit heavy, it was uncomfortable to wear when sitting.It is great.There are a lot of fashionista out there, need other colors 😊.

Great holder
I love this stethoscope holder. It’s pretty comparable to the BatClip and much cheaper.The only thing I don’t like about it is that in the description it said the back rotated but it does not.

Washable, eliminates neck pain and sits close!
It's so nice to give my neck a break from carrying my stethoscope! It's very exciting that something so simple can be professional looking and serve as a relief for the aches and pains I have in my neck at the end of the day! As an ICU nurse, I especially appreciate how this holds the scope securely and close enough to the hip/thigh that it did not catch on things as often as it does with other products I have tried. Several nurse coworkers have expressed interest and trialed the product to. A few of my EMS friends have started to notice the convenience and are purchasing some also. Lastly, the fact that it's washable is a huge plus, too!

I loved it! and lost it on the first day
I loved it! and lost it on the first day! Perfect to not keep steth on my neck. Clip not secure enough to hold to my pocket. Therefore, debating a re-order, but really need the clip to stay secure......Loved, and disappointed............. :(

So glad I purchased this! Now I always have my Stethescope with me and it’s not pulling on my neck. Handy Velcro makes accessing it a breeze sturdy clip easily attaches to scrubs.
