Good value
Little plastic box arrived cracked, but that’s because this is a nice heavy set, so I just put it in a metal tin for storage.Worked well for stamping out ID alphanumerics on 24 gauge (.5mm) brass. Use a plywood backer and clamp down a straight edge to stay lined up as you hammer in the characters.I used a small screw driver to distinguish zero from the letter “O”, and to help accentuate tail on the letter “Q” a bit more.

Softer steel than expected
I believe they would stamp aluminum or mild steel well. I bought them to initial wrenches and they don't stamp well and I flattened out the letters.
