Excellent
I have to say - this is great - it isn't too thick - so great for making your Basic pattern, and of course if you have the perfect pattern made - then I would copy it onto this card - so much nicer then paper. I seem to remember seeing in one of the reviews before I bought it, that it was too thin - No it isn't - I have designed, and made patterns in a factory - this is of the same quality, so have to be durable, so I am not sure what the reviewer was expecting - but thicker would just be unusable IMO. I do hang my patterns up - so where the hanging hole is, I stick those round pieces you can get for punched holes on both sides - that way reinforcing it, Sticky Tape would do the job just as well.

Does the job
My roll arrived well before the expected delivery date. So well and tightly packed I could not re-use the packaging. It's a pleasant shade of orange-brown, instead of the traditional "recycled" brown, and has a smoother, quasi satiny feel which, whilst great for pattern cutting, might prove a tad irritating for craft projects such as paper mâché. It is also a lighter weight cardboard than usual which makes no difference to me, but may prove less durable in the long run for businesses requiring blocks to last the proverbial lifetime.
