Easy to use and plenty of power

...longer than the time needed using traditional clippers. Underpowered grinder that is troublesome to use at the curvature of the nails for those of us with arthritis crippled hands. I was very hopeful this would make trimming my nails less painful, but having to maneuver the small slot around my nails is nearly as painful as using regular clippers: just not worth it.

Doesn't cut nails very well and takes a long time to trim a single nail

Well is does cut nails but it feels more like its chewing them up in the process. I also find that I have to really push the nail in a fair bit before it clips them.

Made my nails on my hands super thin to where they would break off. I. went back to the old file routine.If your nails are dry and brittle, this isn't what you need

Disappointed that the dump door failed, it was hard to open from the start and now won't open at all. The device works just fine otherwise.

My left hand is pretty much non-functional after 2 brain surgeries left one side of my body (head-to-toe) weak. I'm able to trim my left hand w/a regular nail clipper, then I use this electric trimmer for my right.It's quiet, has a safety guard so there's no way you'll get cut and a single charge has lasted for my first 5 times using it.Highly recommend for TBI, stroke patients and just anyone in general for a useful nail trimming gadget.
