Probably the cars are not wrapped individually but in a set.

Yes they are genuine and have the flame logo underneath

Q: If I order 2 boxes will they be the same?

I ordered two boxes of 20 and received exactly the same 20 cars in each. I contacted the vendor, who unfortunately was unable to exchange one for a box containing a different set of 20 cars. Nice cars though!
