I did a lot of research on this product before I purchased two bottles. One before working out and one for night. It’s expensive, but if you want effectiveness then it’s worth cutting other supplements. I have been a power lifter and triathlon athlete on and off for years. I’m 38 now and recovery comes a bit slower. I can lift like crazy and the next day feel loose and strong again because of this. Taking melatonin in the morning bogged me down a little at first, but I just upped my caffeine intake and pushed through it. Great supplement from Musclemeds.
