Not wanting to waste anymore money I bought these and did not really think due to the price that they would be any good ....... how wrong I was - they are absolutely brilliant!! They are a good deep size and there is a little "bump" at the bottom of each square which I think really helps to make these just "pop" out so simply no strain necessary. As for stacking these are easy to do just slightly offset them on top of one another and they stack perfectly and take up very little room. I cannot recommend these highly enough - just gently squeeze and plop they are out and a good size for drinks as they are just a bit deeper than others so do not melt as quick!! Salute!!! Using for freezing a high Vitamin C Zucchini smoothie without issues, and although apprehensive after a few said hard to remove the frozen cubes?
