The title of this product suggests it is a medication for diabetes. My wife is a type 2 diabetic so we thought she could try Diabetone. Diabetone does not actually contain any insulin or any approved medication, but what it does contain is a mix of vitamins and minerals that could help most people.My wife says the regular pains that she experiences (even stress can be physically painful) are greatly reduced with Diabetone. These tablets are expensive for what are basically multivitamins, but there again anything that makes life easier for her is worth the cost and we will continue with them. My daughter is in her twenties and believes that when she takes Diabetone they take away the "brain fog" and assists her concentration is much improved. Clarity of mind and improved concentration is important to us all. So they probably do have some benefits.

I chose a 4* rating because said item does what it says on the packagingI've used this product every now & then & it's exactly what I was looking for& yes said product met my expectations that is for sure well satisfied cheers& yes I would recommend said product to future prospect clients becauseit's good value for money does what it says it does in the packaging &one would not be disappointed with said product.To be honest I use this item to keep tabs on ones Glucose in blood levelwhich is linked to ones pancreas not creating enough Insulin to combatsugar levels in ones food consumption which is all biologically linked toones matter form (the human body) which is linked to wear & tear andover a period of time one would say that we all get older but not aloneyeah that great news (not) ones human matter can also be comparedto owning an elder vehicle/car which every now and then requires alittle bit of TLC well the same could be said about ones Human vehicleit's also linked to watching what one eats ones diet and making sureones eats enough food during the course of ones day & making sureone includes enough veg-fruit 5 a day & a little exercise helps as wellor the human vehicle goes into problem mode such is life in this materialrealm we all have to take the necessary steps to avoid health issuesenough said later's folks.

Didn’t really see a difference

These tablets are perfect as I am a Diabetic. This is the first time I have bought the CINAFEN tablets & I am really pleased with them.

After using this for 6 months and comparing blood reports I want to give it 5 starts. It works wonders.
