This is good enough for advanced pole dancing, both static and spinny, if you're not too reliant on the product for gripping and locking into the move. I only used it twice in a two hour session, so good value and it doesn't get the pole messy.

Some may find this helps with their grip but, as I cup my bowl rather than grip it, I found it unhelpful. I tried it because I was suffering from pain in my hand which made me deliver the bowl offline. I have subsequently reverted to massage with an analgesic cream which has, in the main, cured the problem. I gave mine away to a chap who was having a bit of difficulty with his claw grip and he seems to be getting on fine with it. The big advantage, if it works for you, is that it is allowed to be used by our indoor club which prohibits the use of Grippo!

To the seller! - PLEASE pack the product properly for the shipment. The tube was squashed in transit and plastic cracked and leaked through.

I have used a similar product previously and it was excellent (unfortunately couldn't remember the brand name). I assumed this would be as good, however, although it did help I felt I needed to reapply it almost immediately. Also, the cap broke off on initial opening. All in all disappointing. It does work to a degree but there are definitely better products on the market

Great level of grip for pole fitness but it does wear off quite quickly. Not sticky on your hands etc and doesn't leave alot of residue

First tome I opened the bottle the cap snapped off at its hinge. Applied as instructed and it made no difference to the grip on my lawn bowls. Palms of my hands were stained with a white residue, that was difficult to wash off. It's now in the bin!

Ahora en verano me sudan las manos para jugar con el mando y se me escurre mucho el joystick, lo compré por probar sin demasiadas expectativas y he de decir que cumple totalmente lo que dice, con una sola vez he jugado más de hora y media sin parar con las manos secas, y huele bien, luego deja algo de residuo blanquecino pero nada serio, al menos a mí no me importa y se limpia lavándote las manos sin más.

this product was $9. It worked as a clear gel that give the palm a clear dry palm. It worked well for indoor tennis/pickleball. I have tried the chalk liquids on Amazon and they are about $2.00 cheaper and also give a dry palm but with a white dry residue. I had been using DRY HANDS for the past several years. This works great especially when playing outside. It has a minimal white drying. The cost has gone up the past years, that I find this $9 product in 1.7 ounce size to more cost effective for the same results.
