I'll make review simple and sweet: door is great looking, good quality for the value. easy to assemble and install by yourself, all parts were there with 1 or 2 extras. "hardest" part was measuring to ensure the 97" clearance aligns with this 96"x36 door and the track is evenly distributed at the header (as i have my fair share of ocd). no need for header board since I've got studs behind the drywall (altho your case may be different). the tidbits: 1. since the door is diy assembly it will not be perfectly flushed with all the panel pieces, maybe a hairline raised here and there, but expected going in when purchased (again my ocd, but with that expectation, that's forgiving). 2. this door does NOT come with soft close as in my video. i HIGHLY recommend installing this cabinet wonders of miracle device to keep your door from flying and bouncing against the left/ right bumpers when opening/ closing. now for customer service: the person i got in contact with there was professional, respectful and courteous. don't really care if service here or off US soil, but thank you. my issue was regarding the price after purchase; 2wks in i saw it was on sale $20 less and they were gracious enough to provide a price adjustment. that was the icing to me recommending the door, as the company stood behind not only the quality of their product but also after sales cs. verdict: what are you waiting for?? check my photos and video--no cap :)

Good heavy door. Fairly easy to install if you are generally handy and have a drill and stud finder. The track stops were not great but made something that worked. Definitely good door for a decent price vs the big box home improvement stores. Shipped in a good well protected box.

This was easy to put together and install. Just make sure you measure correctly before buying. I ended up buying two of these and would definitely recommend and buy them again.

Had someone assemble the door. It fit to a tee and looks beautiful. Slides nicely! Great door. I recommend this product.

Disappointed in these doors for the $350 price. I bought the double 18x84. The doors don’t close tightly in the middle and the caps that cover the holes were part of the problem. We thought the doors were warped and asked for a replacement which customer service immediately responded and delivered however we ended up sending back the replacement because we had a very talented contractor who was able to fix the flaws. He made all kinds of adjustments which an every day DIYer may not be able to do. He installed a round weather stripping on opposite sides of each door which made them look more professional and they close nicely with the hook and eye door latch (bought separately). The hardware is very nice and sturdy except for the roller floor stops are a cheaply made. Not sure how long they will last. There was not a door stop at the top to prevent the doors from coming off the track. The contractor had to add one that should have been included. He also had to add a header which should have been included with this pricey of an item. Also the door handles on the inside of the bathroom aren’t easy to hold while closing the door. A lock would have solved this problem. We put the doors in a bathroom and the frosted windows give full privacy which is a plus. Dog resistant scratches is a nice feature and one reason why we bought this brand. I gave a four star instead of three because customer service responded fast without question and the final product looks sturdy and nice once all of the issues were fixed. The company either needs to fix the problems listed or lower the price substantially before I would buy again.

Great value sturdy and easy to assemble

Only regret is not getting the one a bit wider but this does the trick. It is absolutely lovely. Very sturdy and heavy but I am 55 and did this alone. I opted for a header to make sure of stud placement because of safety. Home Depot cut me a 5ft 1x6 and I pained it high glass white like the door frame. Removed the old door. This way I placed the header in the studs I KNEW were there at the door frame and corner because I don’t like the guessing of stud finders. The hardest part was figuring out the guide thing at the bottom on the floor to keep it “in place” and I did. This may be my second favorite purchase from Amazon as the closet system inside this door is my first! Recommend.

4 of the pieces came damaged. I have reached out to the seller, via email no phone number given. Have received no response. Packaging was horrible, box as damaged in shipping not bad, but because of no protection for the wood 4 wood panels were damaged. For the price of this door you would think I would be able to get some assistance. Would like to return to Amazon but I have no box and this is a very heavy door.
