GreenPan Venice Pro Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Healthy Ceramic Nonstick, 8" 9.5" & 11" 3 Piece Frying Pan Skillet Set, PFAS-Free, Multi Clad, Induction, Dishwasher Safe, Oven & Broiler Safe

I've tried a couple of non-stick pans, not wanting to poison my family with complex chemicals, off-gassing, chipped pieces of "safe" technology or teflon or whatever. They each have their weakness, and usually die if you let them above 400 or if a food has a strong pigment (e.g. some sausages. The latest Greenpan cooking surface has no crazy chemicals and no carefully worded warnings or "approved safe levels" or other disclaimers that still mean there's a risk. I know have given them as gifts and response is always disbelief at a pan that cleans with water and a sponge no matter the disaster it has suffered! After a few months and hundreds of family breakfasts (see attached examples I send to the kids to bring them down to the kitchen in the morning, plus one example of baking a frozen pizza, plus my own ingredients as toppings, at 425 deg F in the oven with no harm to the pan) I can confidently say this is a safe non-stick pan that will serve you well. I give it a solid 5 stars. I will give it 4 stars as a token of balance on versatility. One, it can be chipped and the exterior surface will discolor and get stuff stuck to it. I cook over an open flame, and I don't mind. The Greenpan (pictured) with white surface has discolored a little with some sausages and burgers (all vegan) that were forgotten and left to turn to caramel at 400 degrees.) The pans are rated to 600 and have not lost their non-stick-i-ness. I would say the JUST Egg is one of the toughest foods to cook well and the Greenpan makes it look so easy to flip a plump, fluffy omelette and even (vegan) cheese doesn't stick to the pan (also a really tricky food to prepare in a pan, but once you have this non-stick pan, the idea of a 3 minute omelette before leaving for school and work is no longer a groaning drudgery and you can leave the kitchen with the small pan clean and no work to return to in the evening just to clean up before starting the next meal. How much more luxury can you buy for $50? : )

I’ve been needing a set of nonstick pans for several years now but I have just not bit the bullet to buy anything good. My husband bought me these for my birthday, and they are absolutely amazing. The first time I used the larger pan I accidentally scorched it and thought it was ruined for good. But I continue to use it and each time I used it some of the scorch came off until this last time all of it did. So they are incredibly durable. They heat up very quickly just like it says in the instructions so be mindful of that, which is obviously how I scorched it. They are both the perfect size and work with other lids that I already have. The small one is deeper than I expected and it’s perfect for small soups and things. The larger one has replaced my other large sauté pan but it’s also sort of deep so it works wonderfully for more than I expected. Overall I really great product.

I've had a set of these pans for over a year, and I love them! They're far more non-stick than any Teflon pan I've used, and I think they involve fewer scary chemicals than Teflon. I even bought a second set for my daughter. These are easily the most low-maintenance pans I have ever used. But... Both of my pans have been accidentally ruined by guests, and I plan to buy a new pair. I now understand why there's an odd collection of raving reviews and strong complaints. The easiest way to kill any nonstick pan is by treating it like a cast iron pan, and applying heat to an empty pan, or applying high heat. Cooking sprays will also damage any nonstick pan, as will steel or copper scrubbing brushes. And of course, pouring cold water into any hot pan (of any type) is always a bad idea. Use the right pan for the recipe, and these will be the lowest maintenance pans you'll ever use!

The good: these pans are truly non-stick and work well. The bad: the 10" pan ceramic coating has started to chip off around the edges after about 1.5 months of use. I contacted Greenpan and they do not honor their warranty if you buy through a third party seller, which is not clear when buying on Amazon. I was going to buy more from this line but they don't stand behind their product and the long-term durability is in serious question here. And yes, I follow the care instructions and use pan protectors when storing them. So buyer be ware. EDIT: now the non-stick surface is starting to be stick. The Amazon seller also gave me the company name that they are an authorized dealer for Greenpan under and Greenpan won't respond to me about warranty.

I love my Venice Pto frying pans. I have had them for about 3 months. I love the look and feel of them very classy looking. The cleaning is amazing it's a no Brainerd. I will say I am careful with them as far as putting them where they not neat my cast iron pans. I cook on gas on always low heat use a little corn oil (according to Green Pan instructions). When done cooking I wipe them out immediately and set it on a wooden cutting board to cool completely then wash with soap and water. I did have an episode of sticking I put water in it to simmer 2-3minutes dumped it out used Mr.Clean inside of pan then washed with soap and water dried with a Microsoft cloth . It came out perfect. I can't say enough how pleased I am with them. I am considering getting more. I would recommend them.

I purchased these twice, first time was 17 months ago and finally decided to replace them. Took really good care of them, hand wash only, not metal utensils, tried to use them for low to medium heat cooking only. They were great for about 6-8 months or so. After that I could tell they were losing their juice and butter or oil was almost required. Used the 10" about twice as much as the 12". We work from home, don't eat out and cook nearly every meal. If they became stained or hard to clean I would gently use a magic eraser and it seemed to help a lot with restoring the nonstick surface. I maybe did this a dozen times over the 17 months of use. With the new set I notice that the smaller 10" pan is smoother than the large 12" pan. We'll see if that has an affect on its nonstick properties over time. My pictures show the old versus new and a close up of the new pans side by side, showing the difference in sheen. Hope this helps. Overall good pans.

Well-made but did not remain nonstick. At first everything slid around the pan with ease, but that feature did not last. This pan was used frequently, and I DO take extremely good care of my cookware following use and care stated by the manufacture. Keeping that in mind I feel this pan should have stayed true to the description as it was less than one year old.

This is the second time I've purchased these pans. They are great pans and will remain nonstick for years if you take care of them. The most important part is keep the heat down lower than you are used to with other pans. I usually cook on 7 and higher but with these pans I cook at 3 or 4. Give the pan time to heat up before adding oil or food, about 3-5 minutes. If you do that, frying fish, beef, eggs, or anything else is easy and amazing. I got these because my wife won't allow Teflon or PFOA in the house but I want nonstick pans to fry in. The ceramic coating is more durable than Teflon but it can chip if hit hard. I put rubber shelf liner between the pans when storing them. Happy cooking!

Ürün elime çok hızlı bir şekilde ulaştı. 15 gün içerisinde. Hem fiyatı uygun hem de ilk birkaç günlük kullanım özet olarak harika. Yiyecekler tavaya yapışmıyor ve yemeklerin ısınması çok hızlı. Yalnız dış çelik kısmında çizikler var. Ama tavanın içerisinde olmadığı için bir sağlık sorunu yaratacağını düşünmüyorum. Satıcıya ve kargo şirketine teşekkürler. 8.5/10

Çizilse bile sağlığa zararlı madde yayılımı olmayacak son derece güvenli bir tava. Çelik tava kadar güvenli, ekstra olarak da yapışmıyor. En uygun fiyat buradaydı. Diğer çok bilindik yapışmaz tavalarım çizilmez vb dense de bir şekilde çizilip kullanılmaz oluyordu. Bu tavada böyle bir sorun yok. Çok memnunuz. Not : makinada yıkanabilir deniyor ama ben risk almıyorum ve elde yıkıyorum
