A risk that paid off.
Have always been suspect of reconditioned unit but this has been excellent. Half the price of new, super fast i7 and SSD. Battery last only a couple hours but not a major problem.

Not perfect, but you can feel the quality
From the first touch, it's clear that this is this is a premium piece of kit - slightly heavier than you expect, given its thin profile, but extremely rigid and with a truly gorgeous keyboard. The 1440p display is very sharp and touch sensitivity seems fine, but if I have one criticism I would wish that it was just a bit brighter.Another minor gripe is the battery, which seems to lose power quite quickly, although admittedly I haven't let it drain below 70% yet. Perhaps I just need to let it drain completely before recharging.Otherwise, the machine I got was in pristine condition, with a flawless screen, and although it only had 8Gb of memory instead of the advertised 16, I honestly have yet to see it slow down. Most of the time the resource monitor shows it with plenty of RAM to spare, and with the 512Gb SSD drive it cold boots in about 15 seconds.I should also mention that the seller (Compuclear) dealt with my query very promptly and gave me a very fair refund, so I have no complaints on that front. My USB3 external drives all run substantially faster on the Lenovo than they do on my Linux desktop, with my 2Gb MX500 SSD copying at a sustained 260-300Mb/s to transfer over 200Gb of music.I have yet to use the stylus, but have no reason to think it will have any problems, and in general I am very pleased with my purchase.
