Good quality.
Didn't really work. However my back needed medical attention so it was more serious than originally thought.

Very impressed
Thank you so much. I suffer from Bilateral sciatica as a result of spinal stenosis which flares up most times. I actually use it when doing strenous excercise and sports that I could never do before and theres no pain after, as it supports the back. It did take me a while to learn to put it on but I highly recommend this for people with back problems, you can also adjust it for comfort. I've recommended it to friends also. So far its the best back support I've bought. Loving the added support when doing everyday task. Certainly improved my lifestyle.

Uncomfortable
Don’t buy if you have a bit of a belly as it rubs and causes discomfort. Tried for some time but gave no comfort 😩

Didn’t work for me
I bought the belt on recommendation of a friend but unfortunately didn’t work for me. I found it not comfortable at all. The pain in my lower back is still there.

Fiddly and uncomfortable to wear
I was recommended this product by my physiotherapist when I was diagnosed with pelvic girdle pain in my pregnancy. It fits fine and I love that it’s not too thick so it doesn’t stop me from sitting down. However, for it to work you have to wear it rather tightly otherwise for me I felt like it didn’t really do anything to reduce my pain when walking. After awhile, I would get tingly or numb in my legs or feet. I found for me that wearing the tubing grip you get from the doctor benefitted me better for a longer period of time. I found I only used the serola belt if I was going for a long walk. On a day to day I don’t use it as you can’t really sit down with it on for a long time so became annoying taking on and off, as it does take a bit of practice to put on properly.

Good support!
Great item and does help. Just a bit of a nightmare keeping it in place as obviously when you move or sit, it moves with you so you have to refasten it. Very supportive and good quality too.

Sizing issues
Generally anyone ordering this probably has an urgent problem and needs the belt quickly. In my case I had severe and very painful sacroiliac dysfunction. I was relieved that the belt would come the next day as I was advised not to move around without it. When it came the size was correct on the outer packaging but the belt was a small rather than an extra large. How could this happen with a new item? I bought another one through a different company which is fine but I had to go for three days without vital support. Would not recommend this seller
