Poor stitching/quality broken in weeks.
2 of 4 purchased have broken in a matter of weeks. The stitching is poor & the adjustment straps have detached. metal part of adjustable strap has bent/become misshapen & strap slides out so unable to create the curve needed for your back. elastic strap on back that is used to attach to chair is too big & un-adjustable & makes the product slide down the back of the chair so you have to pull it up all day, Disappointing.
