How big are the bags and can they take curtains 60×72

I suppose if you folded the curtains they’d fit in but there wouldn’t be much room for yh to manoeuvre do doubt the cleaning would be very efficient.

No .It's a fairly gentle treatment

I'm not sure. I used mine on silk, rayon and wool with great results.

Can I use it on a wool coat? Do I need a dryer to use it?

Will be fine for a wool coat, I’ve used it on a wool cardigan. You do use this with a tumble dryer.
