They lost a star because of that and the fact they sent the wrong colour (I ordered hot pink, dull red arrived - yes, I know first world issues but still). I'm new to workouts and do them at home. I had the impression they would explain / describe the workouts needed as a sort of reference. However, with that said, the format to keep track of what you do is simply and easy.It does contain a lot of useful information and aspects that encourage. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Ideal for workouts! *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 8 March 2020* Yes! Yes! Yes! I've been looking for a gym log book for a while. And this one is perfect. Its detailed, with plenty of advice and fitness tips. Its a great way to keep ontop of your workouts and monitor your own progress. This book is huge and definitely value for money! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Great gym workout book! *by J***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 20 September 2016* Best gym note pad ever!
