Used this tool for trimming edges around my camper windows. 6mm ply and whizzed round in no time leaving a nice clean edge , brilliant for the money

My husband makes doors, skirtings etc. He really likes this router and was impressed with the quality, especially for the price of it! He said it’s a “handy bit of kit” to have in his workshop and to take on the go for jobs such as hanging doors. This router is solid, sturdy and easy to use. It sets up quick and comes with router bits and jig to guide tooling.

Handy tool

The product itself is very light and yet very strong. It does help to have the speed control. I used it few times but every time the problem was the guide ..not very reliable as it looks like made of aluminium and the screw to keep it in place does not keep it in place properly and lose the position to keep a straight line. The adjustable scale to decide the deep of the cut does not stay always in place especially when cutting you find a bit of resistance or when there too much vibration. Compared to professional products the cutting needs to be very slowly and in more stages regarding how deep you need to trim. Still big problems anyway with the scale. Even if the screw is closed very tight the plastic material does not always keep it in place. If you do DIY for yourself where you don’t need the job to be 110%perfect then you are ok with this product. Otherwise go for more professional items.

The media could not be loaded.  This router is absolutely amazing. Works like a dream, very strong and its got so many features that come with it. It's beautifully packed in a sturdy case and an absolute great value for money. Rocommend this 100%

Bought for a porch repair project at son’s where i wanted to match some very old mill work that cannot be bought today. Router worked. Construction and bits are cheaply made, similar to others at this price point. Unlike some reviewers, mine had no trouble holding the bits, no trouble holding my set depth, and was working as well at end of project as at start. Overall happy to get my project done and not spend more. And liked that it has a case for storage (I had no trouble getting everything back in the case).

The price is good and comfortable to use
