What size key does it use? I bought 16mm but it doesnt work too big

the keys are inside. It tells you in the manual how to open the safe for the first time.

Sure you open the door then with the door open choose your 3-4 Number code and then press A for user or B for master code (not any real difference.

why does it have a user code and master code?

I can only assume for security reasons in case the user code locks up the box, the master can be used to reset the user code. I gave my mother the user code and I have the master. From time to time, if mom goes too slow or mixes up the digits, the box will lock her out for a time period but if i was near by to use my master code, i could reset it quicker (this is all speculation m, nothing I’ve had need to try out)
