Extremely poor quality – avoid
Very disappointed with this purchase from Amazon. The product was clearly old and stale. The pieces were unusually large and nothing like what I expected. The taste was unpleasant and not fresh at all. Honestly, this is one of the worst quality products I’ve received. I would strongly advise others to avoid buying this. Complete waste of money.

Good quality Whole Harde (Terminalia Chebula / Haritaki / Black Myrobalan). The pieces were clean, well-dried, and fresh with no signs of moisture or spoilage. Packaging was secure, and free UK P&P is definitely a bonus. Works well for traditional herbal preparations.

Product great, little bit pricey from this company.
The herb itself is brilliant my dreams have got very vivid. The price of this particular product from this company is a little bit pricey. However at the time I just wanted to try them and see how I got on with the fruit itself. I have since bought more but not from this company, and I have also bought the powder. The fruit itself is brilliant you can soak it in water for a few days and then eventually, I break it away from the inside pip and soak that, by time I get to about the fifth day I tend to blitz it up and then drink that in a smoothie. All in all I would say starting it this way with the water and not having the whole fruit was a better way of doing it. Mainly because if you have too much too quick you will end up running to the toilet. I must also add that my brain function and remembering things is getting much better, this could be down to also changing a couple of other things, but I noticed the big impact with this. It does have a bitter taste, but at this time of year I'm adding a little bit of honey, and to be fair if you're a coffee drinker or a tea drink car with not very much sugar you'll be fine with this.
