Good Day, The West Bend Slow Cooker does not have a 12 hour cutoff switch. Thank you,

Q: Do the new West Bend cookers only heat on the bottom like the older two piece models?

Nope it heats on bottom and sides, love it!

Q: it says the handles are cool to the touch- is the outside of slow cooker hot to the touch?

The handles are cool to the touch. I never really felt the need to touch the outside of the slow cooker to check for heat.

Q: Is this a round crockpot or oval shape? Description says round, but picture looks more oval.

It’s oval in shape and has 4 legs is stable and works beautifully!
