Is this good to use on a flower foot attachment when sewing?

I have not used the flower foot on this soluble, but I see no reason why not as long as your stitches are all contained.

Can you use with brother machine?

It worked ok on my Singer. If you are not sure then have a go on a small piece and see what happens. If you do go ahead I would change the needle after you finish your project though as it will probably blunt it a bit.
