Works Really Well on Hats
Really happy with this. It was easy to use and helped bring the shape back to my hats without making the process complicated. They looked much better afterward, especially the ones that had gotten a little bent or misshapen. Definitely useful to have if you wear hats often.

Control Panel will 100% Break
Absolute waste of money. It's great for about 10 hat cleans then the control panel goes out. I have gone through multiple replacements and each time the control panel breaks around 10 uses. AND VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW. This company drags it feet for 30 days to issue a refund because on the 31st day, Amazon has limitations on what they can do to help. Per Amazon customer service. Your better off throwing 200 dollars on the ground and walk away in peace rather than deal with the headache. Not a good product at all.

Where's the bottle of cleaner?
Works great to shape hats but so-so for cleaning. Also didn't come the the bottle of cleaner like in the picture.

Reshape
Doesnt really clean, more like reshapes the hat to new. Have to clean it first to actually get the act clean then use it to reshape it to like new

Must have for hat collectors!
I love this thing! I had a few old hats that I could get the sweat stains out without damaging them, and i didnt want to trash them. I tried everything. I saw this and it worked on the first try on every hat. Highly recommend this!

This is horrible
This is HORRIBLE. It doesn't clean the hat at all. It's huge and takes up a ton of space. It actually ruined my hat by shrinking it and making it frayed. It's like the hat sat out in the sun for a few months. Do not recommend.

Si limpia muy bien las gorras, algunas hay que darles una limpiadita con el cepillito que viene antes de ponerla en la máquina. También le regresa la forma a las gorras
