Good for squeezing stuff out of the packets
We get Hello Fresh, so we see a lot of hot sauce, beef/chicken stock, sour cream, etc in packets, and this is a good tool to get every bit out of the packet. The cutting blade was good for 2 or 3 uses and then it was dull. Then after washing, it was dull and rusty. So we just keep a pair of scissors on hand for opening, and use these for squeezing the product out.

They don’t stay sharp very long

they lose their sharpness
These work but they lose their sharpness quickly. I've probably used them about 20 times. Then it becomes plastic for the garbage , I try to avoid that.
