Great boot/Roofing
Good looking boot, boot was comfortable straight out the box. As a commercial roofer that’s constantly on my toes these are great. I ordered a side 9 wide for the extra foot space and they still fit snug. Lightweight boot. Boot feels durable. Time will tell how long they last but I would recommend to any other roofers out there

I just realized it sounds like AI… anyway great boot
AMAZING BOOTS! I’ve had these for three years with nothing but comfort and surprisingly waterproof. Even after all this time my toes have stayed dry, once your in water for awhile it feels like there’s water in with your feet but once you take your boots off the insides completely dry. They looks real good once broken in, takes scrapes fine and the tread has barely deteriorated. In one of my pictures there’s some white on the side, not mold but it’s salt from last winter that stained a little bit, part of being midwestern. If you’d like a knot that will hold up and keep the top tight to keep water out I recommend what I use. Take the right behind the boot so it comes out on the left and vice versa, after that keep it tight as possible and tie a square knot and tuck the ends of the lace between the frame and tongue of the boot

Good boots for the price.
Good basic work boots, or hiking boots. Nothing fancy. Do they compare with my $250+ name brand hiking or logging boots... no. Do they cost 1/5 as much as those. Yes. For the price, these appear to be quite good work boots. If they're like previous ones in this price range I expect to get one summer season out of them, wearing them pretty much all day every day going for hikes with the dog (usually 4 or 5 miles a day) and working in the garden and yard and light construction and such. They are comfortable, and they seem to be waterproof. Tread is not really deep which isn't as good of traction as some of my other boots, but also don't pick up mud nearly as bad and are easier to clean compared to the deeper lugged boots. Pretty lightweight which is both a benefit and a drawback depending on what you're doing. The only thing I took a star off for is that they are not safety toe boots, and the description does imply that they are with the one picture. They are not -- just plain stiff leather, not a composite or steel toe. I usually switch to my heavy logging boots if I need a steel toe anyway, so not a big deal for me, but I was a little disappointed in the inaccurate description.

Really great quality, for a really low price.
I am a UPS driver. I walk 20,000 to 25,000 steps per day. It is really hard to find shoes that can survive the abuse my job puts on them. I recently decided to switch from normal walking shoes to boots because I have bad ankles. I am always scared to spend too much on shoes, because I have never found any shoe, at any price, that lasted more than six months. The last pair of boots I had were twice the price of these ones, and the entire sole peeled off after 3 weeks, but these had good reviews, and were very reasonably priced, so I decided to give them a go. (The dark brown ones). Straight out of the box they were probably the most comfortable pair of boots I have ever owned. I thought I was going to have to break them in for a while, but that was no problem. Also, the ankle support is superb. After a month, or two, each shoe started to show a small gap between the sole and the shoe near the ball of my foot. But I put a tiny bit of shoe glue in there, and it hasn't been a problem again. Right now, I have been wearing them every day for 3 months (or at least 1.3 Million steps), and they seem like they will probably make it another 3, at least. That's probably about as much as you can reasonably ask for boots that were under $70. One other note: they are supposed to be waterproof, but I haven't really had a chance to test that out here through the bone-dry, Salt Lake City summer months. But if they last into the winter, I will give an update on that. Update: The total durability wound up being about 7-8 months, or about 3 million steps. And, even at seven months they were still waterproof. They could have probably gone another month even, but the soles were getting pretty thin, and I decided to get a new pair for winter. I ended up getting the dark black this time, which seems to hold up better in terms of appearance. They were not as comfortable, out of the box, as the dark brown ones were, but still pretty comfortable, and broke in quickly. Also, whereas the brown ones seemed very breathable, and cool; the black ones seem to be much warmer, so they work out better for the cold weather, and snow.

Quality
These boots make good hiking boots -work boots unless you need steel to it. They’re not steel toed. I have bought my son two pairs of these and most likely will end up buying a third for him. They do hold up very well unless you get them completely saturated in water meaning over the top. water inside the boot otherwise a great boot sturdy for working or hiking.

Light weight and comfortable
This is my second pair, my first pair was bought about 2 1/2 -3 yrs ago. Boots is about the only thing I wear and these are super comfortable. I after all that time and doing a lot outside getting them muddy and soaked they still kept going. It was about 3 months ago I noticed there was a tear starting at the sole at the inside of my left boot. I highly recommend this boots. I wish they made them with a safety toe (steal or composite) I would get them for work too. For the price it’s a great boot!

Buenas botas
