**Q: Are each shelve contain cardboard?**
A: I think the material is stronger than cardboard. But, yes, there is something sewn into the bottom of each self to make it more sturdy.

**Q: what is the material?**
A: It's made of the cheap material that they make those non-washable fabric grocery bags from.  It's definately not cotton canvas, and probably not cotton at all.  Pretty thin but it'll do for me b/c I'm not putting heavy things in it.

**Q: What is the length of this when it is hanging in the closet - from rod to bottom?**
A: Rod to bottom = 54”

**Q: Anyone know what the hooks are called?  I need to replace at least 1.**

Not only is this a great way to store shoes, it's also a great way to store other odds and ends. I bought one of these for my shoes and it's perfect for that. I have wanted shoe organizers for my closet for years. I never thought they were worth buying until I saw these. I purchased two. They go together easily to hang in the closet. They fit ladies shoes quite nicely. And for thin flat sandals, I can fit two pair to a compartment. I really like this. I liked the turquoise color rather than the black or the gray. They hang nicely and they don’t move around. And they don’t take up tons of space which I really love. Hangs from the rod and look nice. And I can see into each pocket to pick the shoes I want. I picked one for my summer shoes and one for my winter shoes. Love it love it love it.
