It arrived broken I need a refund or exchange

i dont know if it happened to anyone else but when i cooked ورق عنب and put this on top (the plate was cleaned thoroghly) as the food cooked the plate took out a powdery substance and I had to throw the food away. really bummed about it, was super excited about the clay weighted plate!

Waiting for an intermediate size. The one i bought is slightly small but the next size is too big

Love it. The size and quality is perfect. Shipment was pretty Fast.

It’s what I wanted but when you actually see it and that’s it’s just a piece of pottery worth a couple dollars, idky they can’t offer for $10 instead of $23! I’m debating sending back just bc of that reason. I usually use a regular ceramic plate but wanted something more exact for the job. Look at the asymmetrical holes on top to boot! And the handle needs to be a little longer or slightly curved at the top for a good grip.
