Very good product!
This thickener is special. Unlike others I've used and were cheaper, you don't really have to use a lot before it thickens. Although it might seem like it is more expensive than other brands, it really isn't when you don't have to use so much per ounce of liquid. Love this for my mother!

Great thickener for people with swallowing problems does not clump
Use this daily for my father Who had a stroke and difficulty swallowing thin liquids, add 1 teaspoon to his drinks, and no more choking mixes well without clumping and has no flavor

Works great- I recommend measuring your liquid and starting off with half the amount listed. As it cools, it will thicken.

A little goes a long way
I have been having trouble swallowing thin liquids for months. This thickener definitely thickens things up. My water turned very gelatinous with just one scoop

Great for people with swallowing problems!
There are many different liquid thickener brands out there that have great reviews, but this one has only a few reviews on Amazon, so I wasn't sure about it. However, after doing some research, I read many positive comments about it on the internet and went for it! Also, Nestle is well known for its quality food products. Even though the container is really small, it shouldn't be something to worry about, as you would be using really small amounts of it to reach the desired consistency. We usually use one to two teaspoons of it to reach a mild-medium jelly-like consistency for a regular-sized smug. Keep in mind that for it to dissolve well, you would have to use it on cold liquids. If you are going to use it on hot liquids, I recommend first dissolving some of the powder in a small amount of cold liquid and then adding the mix to the hot liquid so you don't get lumps on it. Also, you need to wait about 3 to 5 minutes for it to work. It doesn't change the color of the liquids and keeps the flavor almost intact. Therefore, I absolutely recommend this product!
