A few bits missing but rectified quickly by the seller
This was missing a few of the fleece strips and one was cut too short - it looked as though it had got caught in the machine. It was all sealed on arrival, so was definitely a problem from the factory stage. It was quickly resolved by the seller, so many thanks. The recipient was really happy with the item.
