Love these case files! Just completed 2nd one, 3rd is on order! Online hints are useful if needed but most puzzles are solved with a bit of logic and brainpower. Great fun to complete on your own or as part of a group.

This is a very well thought out murder mystery game. It is broken down into three parts, each with a specific goal and the relevant pieces of evidence to help reach the goal. There is also an estimated time for each part so you know before you start how long it might take. You do need to do the parts in the correct order but due to the way it has been put together, you don’t necessarily have to do it all in one day - we did part one, and then parts two and three a couple of days later. We completed this as a family and all of us really enjoyed it. Sifting through the evidence (of which there is quite a lot), finding the relevant information and ruling out suspects was great fun. We will definitely be buying more of these in the future as it’s a great way to spend the afternoon with the family whilst having a go at being detectives.

This was probably the most fun I have had solving a fake crime. Cryptic Killers have created a game with twists and turns at every corner. This took me roughly 3 hours, maybe more, but it is so much fun to play by yourself or with others. It also has an online element where they provide hints, more evidence and where you can upload your answers. At first, I was a little off put by the price, but now that I have played it, I have bought two more! It is such a great gift and really good price wise for the content that you get and the effort that they put into it.My only issue I had when completing this was I really wanted to know why it happened. I won't include any spoilers in this review as I don't wish to ruin it for anyone who plays in the future. However, I would have liked to know why the killer did it as it didn't feel like it had a satisfying ending, they included the online explanation of what happened which I thought was a good summary, but all I would suggest is WHY it happened and that would make it all that much better.BUT... With that being said, excellent game, had loads of fun and strongly recommend you purchase

Very clever. Great fun and something different to do whilst sat on a sun lounger with my teenage daughter. We both thoroughly enjoyed it

Brilliant, I really enjoyed completing this on my own, I have tried some other ones and decided to order from Cryptic killers. It did not disappoint. It took me two hours to complete by myself, great evidence pack, quality is amazing and very well put together. I highly recommend this, fab for groups or even to compete on your own. I will be purchasing more very soon!

Was really fun to play detectives. The game wasn’t too easy nor too difficult, just the right amount of good fun.

We are a family of 4 adults and truly enjoyed solving this murder mystery. It was a slow start as we had to learn how to work through all the evidence as a team but it was smooth sailing after that. We used 1 hint in Part One but were able to play out the rest of the game ourselves. We are looking forward to playing another.

We had such a fun night solving this. It made us feel like the detectives we imagine we are. Very detailed and well put together. I will definitely be ordering more.

This was great!!! Took me awhile to line up all the evidence and get the answer. There are some online resources, but they load easy with no log in or account needed at all. Yolo be buying more of these!
