Sponge is useless
We gave this a whirl with one of our children and unfortunately, the sponge meant to collect the saliva was all but useless. In the end, we had her collect spit in the tube and then used it to complete the test instead. Even so, the rest was easy to complete and the test appeared accurate and easy to read.

The actual test did work..The reason for two stars is because the saliva sponge was an absolute waste of time. I read the instructions three times before using it, did exactly what it said but no saliva came out of it at all. Ended up getting the person to spit into the tube.Very expensive to say it didn't work as it was supposed too. Will stick to the urine ones in future
