**Q: Does this ship with a chill pack?**
A: This is meant to be kept at room temp. It becomes less effective when stored in cooler conditions.

**Q: Can you reuse the milk hours later if baby didn't finish the 2oz bottle?**
A: To my understanding, you shouldn't reuse breastmilk if it's over 2 hours old, or formula if it's over 1 hour old, once baby has started feeding. I don't think the probiotics would change this.

**Q: Can I use the 0-6mo pack with a 15 month old?**
A: There’s a version for 12-24 month

**Q: What are the specific strains of infantis and lactis? (i.e. is it infantis m-63?)**
A: It says 3 critical strains including L.GG and B infantis the back says Bifidobacterium infantis, Bifidobacterium lactose, Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG one billion CFU
