Review: Outstanding Customer Service Saved the Day - I’ll be honest, I bought these because the reviews were solid and the price was better than what my electrician had spec’d out. Once they were installed though, I immediately noticed random flickering and buzzing. Instant regret. My electrician was stumped, so I reached out to Amico directly for direction. Recently one light began to flicker slightly so I replaced it with one of the two spares I had left over from two years ago. The replacement is working flawlessly. I contacted Amico with info about the light that had begun to flicker and they responded immediately to say they would replace the light and junction box that had failed. I had only installed a new LED disc, but Amico suggested I replace the junction box in combination with a new LED disc because of the possibility the flickering was somehow being caused by the power supply in the junction box. A new light and junction box arrived to my door step in less than 48 hours with no charge and no hassle. I will swap out the installed junction box and light disc for the new ones this week. I love the lights I bought from Amico, and now I am also super impressed with their customer service: 1 failed light in two years out of 46 installed is pretty darn good, and the immediate replacement is even better. Thank you Amico!
