Great product. So far very effective at reducing bloating and cravings. No side effects as of now. Will definitely continue to use.

I love the pattern but there’s nothing to help keep the tablet upright. Unless you brace it with one hand it slides down flat.

The two best benefits I experienced were weight loss and decreased appetite. I lost 10 lbs the first two weeks, then just stayed there for the remainder of the bottle. Also, the first day I took it I made a huge salad for dinner. Normally I have no issues eating a salad that big but only got through half before I was full. This stayed through the whole time I took this. Also, if you try to eat more despite feeling full, there’s a feeling up reflux. That happened a few times we went out to dinner and the food was so good I wanted to eat it all. I’d suggest listening to your stomach on that. No increase in energy for me and I actually had a harder time falling asleep while I took it. Otherwise, it’s a great product. It works for the purpose I took it. It’s easy to swallow and has a pleasant taste too. I would recommend if your curious to try it.

so i absolutely loved the first formula of Pendulum Metabolic daily, (in the all purple bottle), it started working within the first week of me using it, i stopped bloating and became less hungry and I thought it was a miracle product. So the new formula has been different(white bottle, purple lid), i went back to bloating the first week of it, and became super hungry and have gained 3 pounds since using it, (i lost 7 and kept it off with the first formula, which was almost impossible to do before i used it). I am going to stay with the new formula for 3 months and see how this goes, hoping its just my body adjusting, but overall doesn't feel the same as the first formula so far in effects, but will come and update based on longer results, as the company says the new formula is better so hoping my body goes back to how it was with the first formula soon
