Battery is pre-charged so the screen displayed 5 bars (full) battery straight away. I'm capturing a loads of videos using my camera, so the battery getting drained pretty fast. So far I used it for around 2,5 hours and there's still one bar left. Not bad, the efficiency of this DSTE battery is comparable with an original, Nikon branded EN-EL15 battery, which is by the way much more expensive. Really pleased with the purchase, definitely this one is worth recommending, great product for a fraction of the price of branded battery. Superb value for the price.
