Tested them as soon as I got them, and they do everything they're advertised. I guess the only thing about them is that they're a little harder to drink out of than you'd expect, but I suspect that's normal about these types of little emergency straws.These work for gravity-based filtration, but they're a bit slow. They work faster if you squeeze the container providing the water, but I don't know if this negatively affects filter performance.I'd recommend investing in a small water bladder with a 28mm thread over a standard soda bottle if you want this to be portable for a bug-out bag, or camping, or whatever, since those are easier and more compact to fold/roll up in a bag and bring with you. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Peace of mind *by S***R on Reviewed in the United States on June 6, 2023* I'm going with a four-star rating because it looks nicely packaged with instructions on how to use it and it's nice to have should we experience an emergency.
