Take 1 scoop with 8 oz. of cold water 30 minutes before a workout to evaluate your tolerance. Once evaluated, take 2 scoops with 16 oz. of water. Do not exceed 2 scoops in 24 hours. Maintain an adequate state of hydration during use.

When should I take this?

Take 30 to 45 minutes before your workout, or whenever you need an extra boost of energy.

Why is my bottle half full?

Our powders are filled by weight, not volume. Through the manufacturing process, some functional space is necessary, and some settling can occur after filling. Rest assured that the exact number of servings found on the label is what’s in the tub!
