Does the job!!
This is the first water flosser I have owned so I have nothing to compare with. The good points are that it does a good job and removes debris from between teeth. I have a few areas between my teeth near the gum line that were brown and discoloured . Flossing and even the hygeinist could not remove this. After a few goes with the water flosser this has already started to look whiter. The teeth overall look whiter too. At the back of my mouth I have a pocket between my teeth that collects food. Flossing sometimes forces this further into my gum margin. The water flosser removes this really efficiently. So all in all I am very pleased with this flosser. The bad points which are really nothing to moan about is that the water comes out very quick and I use the whole reservoir in one go and I get water everywhere. Floor, work surface, self. I am sure I will get better at this as time goes on. I also find it difficult to keep the jet pointed where I want it and even when I have turned it off it still has water coming out. But in spite of these little niggles it is a very good tool. I would like to buy some replacement heads but whilst waterpik sell theses separate I cannot find them for this brand which is a pity.

Great Water Flosser for excellent price.
My first oral irrigator was a very expensive (over £100) American machine, which was clumsy, badly designed, extremely loud and big. When it started to fail, I purchased expensive replacement parts. However, it gave up the ghost and despite emails to the manufacturer there was nowhere I could send it to be repaired in the UK it being just out of guarantee. So, I spent some time looking at reviews of less expensive Water Flossers and tried to make a decision whether to go for portable/rechargeable or a plug in one. I finally settled on the Baynisi 600ml (WaterKat) for around £37 on Amazon. And, so far, I am really very pleased with this. It is smaller than expected, but does not take too much space in my small bathroom. It is to my mind well designed and does an excellent job. At this price I will be happy if it only lasts a year, it being cheaper than the last spare part I purchased for my previous flosser. It takes about 30 seconds for the water to start pumping through at full power through the tip, but it certainly does the job it is intended for, I find the reservoir holds enough water for a complete clean without having to top up, and I am very happy with it.

It works as supposed to but it is the messiest thing I've ever used
The water flosser works OK and leaves your teeth clean however I think it has several issues therefore it only gets two stars:1) It needs to be plugged in while you use it so I can't use it in the bathroom. I have to use it in the kitchen sink.2) When you use it it splashes water all over including all over you, so it creates a massive mess that needs to be cleaned after.3) Considering the mess and the hassle to use it I can't be bothered to use everyday, therefore I went back to dental floss while the water flosser seats inside a cupboard.Due to those three issues I wouldn't recommend this product as, even though it works OK, I think it's a waste of money.

Mine looked like in the picture but was called Skycat and was faulty
Exactly the same problem as the previous 1 star review, in fact I must have been sent the machine which she returned, it's also called Skycat!! It's dripping from the nozzle, altering the pressure doesn't make any difference. Basically faulty product.

Good for value but a bit fidgety
Works well, strong flow of water even at low settings. Be careful and try the lowest settings first especially if you have sensitive gums. Lightweight and somewhat fidgety. The lid cover contains storage space for spares but this storage space opens up too easily while refilling.

I have just used it and it is brilliant. My teeth feel as clean as they do ...
This water pik / water flosser arrived today. I have just used it and it is brilliant. My teeth feel as clean as they do following a trip to the dentist for a scale and polish. I looked at other devices for price comparison and customer ratings - some of the other devices were rated highly but did not last very long and they were nearly twice the price so I took a 'punt' on this. It is quite compact but packs a 'punch' and the water jet is very powerful even on setting 2/3. There are several attachments for gum irrigation and in between the teeth, reservoir capacity is enough for 2/3 minutes of jetting irrigation. I am very pleased.

Not sure it was a good purchase
I feel the teeth do get cleaned but the leads are too short. Not sure it was a good purchase
