Working from home these days is getting tiresome for most of us who have to sit long hours in front of our laptops/desktops using our home furniture, which is not customised and suitable for such job. I was also facing such problem and used to miss my office chair a lot, which was of a known popular brand and very expensive. In order to ease my aching back and neck, I was looking for a chair that was ergonomically designed and had all the features of a professional office chair. After a lot of research, I cam across this chair, which has large number of positive reviews. The best part part was prompt support from the manufacturer. This chair with head rest, tiltable back, lumbar support and adjustable hand rest was the one which suited my requirement. Hence, I ordered it. It was delivered in a nicely packed condition on the very next day. The manufacturer took all care to ensure that the chair doesn't get dented or damaged during transit. The chair was in 4 parts and was very easy to assemble as it had all the instructions written on the assembly instruction sheet. The chair was ready to use in 5 minutes. To summarise, following are the pros of the chair : 1. Good quality material used. The back rest is airy and the seat is also made of absorbent fabric. The steel parts are also excellent. 2. The chair height can be adjusted to suit mostly all height of tables and computer screens. 3. The back of the chair can be tilted by around 15 degrees, but we do have an option of locking the back. 4. The chair has a profile for lumbar support, which can be pushed inwards or outwards based on comfort level. 5. The best part for me is that the hand rests can be moved up and down, based on your comfort and body structure. For those who are suffering from spondylitis pain, this feature is definitely a boon. 6. The head rest is also adjustable so that persons of varying back heights can have their heads rested comfortably. 7. The seat tilts along with the back, which does not strain the lower back and sacrum joint. This feature is definitely better than chairs which have only back tilt. The chair remains fully stable at any angle of back tilt. People who say so may not be correct. 8. The manufacturer is so friendly. As soon as they despatch the chair, they keep updating about the status. They automatically connect you on whatsapp on your registered telephone number to help us install the product, take feedback and provide support / warranty information (of course, if the user agrees so). 9. The chair is manufactured totally in Bharat and hence they carry a symbol of aatmnirbharta and make in India. Cons : No cons observed so far. To summarise, this product is excellent. You may get misguided by some negative reviews (for which the manufacturer is trying to clarify/rectify) but trust me, you will never regret buying this chair and getting value for money.

this is one of the worst product you can go with. It is not comfortable and thigh space is good for peole under 5 ft.My height is 5,11 and and i just cant take it. Due to cost cutting amd cheap material you will hear squeaking sound everytime you seat or move. Its back fabric came out within couple of days and i reached out to Green soul for the fix. They took weeks to reply and just told me it doesnt come under waaranty. I mean for god sake its a fitment issue which is manufacturing and assembly issue then why it is not covered in warranty. Please save your self n spend some more money and go with good brand

The product is very good. Comfortable and stable sitting experience suited as study chair for kids and office chair for others. The warranty for one year is also a great attraction. The warranty activation from the company was very easy and prompt.

Decent comfort at affordable price

The name Greensoul has been doing rounds in the gaming chair circuit recently and I thought of giving it a shot specially as I was in the market for a chair. As a content creator on a major internet video platform it was imperative that I bought a chair on which I could spend hours without any discomfort. So I picked this chair up and here is my review after using it heavily for one month: DELIVERY: The chair was delivered 6 days after placing the order which I believe is quite quick for a chair (I reside in Delhi). The packaging was great and was delivered by FedEx which is a very premiere courier service. ASSEMBLY: The chair was already semi-assembled inside the package which in my opinion was REALLY thoughtful of Greensoul because assembling those specific parts would've taken considerable time and effort. Points to Greensoul for that. Assembling the remainder of the chair took literally 3 minutes. QUALITY: At the very outset I could tell the chair was of good quality. Everything about it was sturdy and the wheels on the chair are silky smooth. The materials used on the seats and the backrest feel great and don't feel cheap at all. Also the chair is really light. Don't get fooled into thinking that they cheaped out on the quality. I've been using it heavily for a month and I am pretty a heavy guy and till now the chair has performed splendidly. COMFORT: The chair is really comfortable and is exactly what I wanted. The perforated back of the chair helps circulate cool air on my back which is something my previous chair did not do and it has made such a HUGE difference. I am a happy man when I sit on this chair. CONS? All this being said you must be wondering what are the cons? For me there literally aren't any. Sure just like some of the other reviews here which mention the plastic packaging on the seat is difficult to remove and the edges stick out at times I too have had that issue but honestly it really hasn't bothered me at all after I started using the chair. You stop noticing it within minutes. AFTER SALES SUPPORT: I had a bit of confusion on how the lumbar support can be used. A representative from Greensoul whatsapped within a day of me receiving the chair asking how my experience with the chair had been. On asking her about the lumbar support she sent me an instructional video on the chair and that solved my confusion! Again, points to Greensoul! Honestly I did think that maybe I should put up a few cons but for me there really aren't any. Materials used are great, chair is sturdy and well built, it's super comfortable and their representatives are nice and helpful. I love this chair and I recommend it. I see why Greensoul is getting popular. Good job!

Packing Bought this chair for home office use given than this year most of us have been working from home. Chair came neatly packed. Outer side was in cardboard box with clean labels and inside all part of the chair were wrapped in plastic to prevent dust/water/scratches etc. All the parts were wrapped in blister packs which shows the attention given by the company Delivery Delivery was fairly on-time (this was through Amazon). Delivery person brought the box inside the house as it was heavy. He was wearing mask and was conscious of the pandemic. Assembly putting the chair together was fairly easy. Not much of technical knowhow id required as its just three things to be aligned. Installing the gas lift in the wheel base was easy. Fitting the chair on top of the gas lift needs a bit of effort as one has to lift it up and place on the right place on top of the gas lift. That’s all there is to assembly.. Functionality and comfort Chair is decently comfortable. Arm rests are adjustable (up and down only).gas lift is smooth and handles height adjustment very well. Recline is a bit clunky but for me its ok as I don’t need to recline too much. Took this chair to ensure one sits straight . The chair has nice cushion and the material used on it as well as on the back is like a net which allows air movement. So its quite comfortable even on a hot day. Have to see how it holds in summer but for now its pretty decent. The lower back support is a bit uncomfortable particularly when one is sitting on the chair for long. It would have been better if this lumbar support had been adjustable. Customer service Green Soul does seem to have a “soul” – customer service is good. In today’s world where customer service is to be scheduled by the customer (like it happens when one buys expensive items like fridge or washing machine or Ac etc), Green Soul team (particularly Mr. Rohit) was proactively reaching out to check if chair got delivered, whether I needed help in assembly or how I felt after using it a few days. I think this makes Green Soul stand apart. Overall Overall nice chair – would recommend buying it if usage is normal (with a walk or moving about every 2 hours or so). For longer time usage, I think Green Soul has some neat gaming chairs – those might serve the purpose.
