Does the tak have a wide inlet to support offroad diesel pump handles?

inlet is about the size of a 5 gallon container.

The description says pump. Does this pump up to my tractor fill hole? How do you get it to flow upwards?

It is a gravity feed fuel system. Works best if on the back of a truck so it flows down to tractor. There is no pump.
