just as described, love this colour and opi polishes are just the highest quality of polish ever. opaque in two coats but if i'm in a rush i just do one thin one, and it lasts for ages without chipping. it'll work really well under neon polish too because it's true white not the blue toned whites that seem to be everywhere.

Great white
This white is the whitest white I have ever used!!! The brush makes usage very easy and quick and the color is opaque with one thick coat or two thin coats, plus the polish works great for water marbling! The only problem with this is that it got a bit too sticky for my liking so I added a few drops of nail polish remover and that sorted everything. Would recommend!

Love OPI
This is one of the most used colours of OPI I use. Looks lovely as a French tip and its the main colour for nail art.As with most OPI it looks nice with just the one thin coat but also good with added layers.As I said use it a lot for nail art with dotting tools/strippers and you don't need to go over it again and again to build up a solid white.
