These work well as silicone mats but do not clean well in the dishwasher as advertised. Every mat has a white film on it (I use dishwasher pods AND jet dry). These are really pretty but only just out of the box.

I have many (different sizes) of Smithcraft silicone products. All, including this, excels in satisfaction.

I’m very happy with my mats. I didn’t expect them to be large , but they fit my microwave plate very well and I don’t have to wash my glass plate because the mat protects it. I just wash the mat or wipe it off depending on how dirty it is. It is strong and sturdy and I’m glad I purchased them.

These are very handy and work as intended or as decorative items. These make a nice accent piece to a coffee pot, blender or just to act as a coaster for adding a splash of color under a small appliance sitting on the counter. I like the color and with a small brad nail here or a small suction cup on a back splash tile or window pane, can hang on the wall until needed. Two can be put together to set something larger on if needed. What I really impressed me was how nonslip it is. Putting it under a plate of hot food made it so much easier to hold, not just because it was the heat resistance but because it gripped the plate so well. It makes it much more secure to support a plate from the bottom with just one hand. The one thing I noticed it doesn’t do very well is as a trivet for an induction cooker. It will work but I believe that it doesn’t very well at doing this. However, it’s not advertised as an induction trivet. I’ve only needed to use about two of the set so far. If a little grease gets on them, I just toss them in the dishwater. It does say dishwasher safe so when I need to really clean them, it’ll be a simple process. For the price, this is really a value oriented and multi purpose item.

Love the appearance and size but they DO NOT WORK. My table has heat marks.
