– Fractal Design North Chalk White TG Clear

I recently built my PC using the Fractal Design North case, and it’s easily the most beautiful case I’ve ever owned. The combination of natural wood accents with a minimalist metal frame is absolutely stunning—it looks more like furniture than a typical PC case! Pros: Aesthetic: The wood panelling adds a premium, unique look that blends perfectly into my workspace. Build Quality: Everything feels solid and well-made, from the frame to the fine mesh panels. Airflow: Excellent ventilation thanks to the mesh design and spacious interior—my temps have never been better. Easy to Work With: The modular design and cable management options made assembly a breeze. Roomy Interior: Plenty of space for large GPUs and additional cooling options. Cons: Slightly expensive, but you’re paying for the premium materials and design. A bit limited in terms of radiator size if you plan to use custom liquid cooling. Overall, this case is perfect for anyone who wants a high-performance PC build without sacrificing style. It’s a standout piece that looks amazing in any setup!

The Fractal Design North Charcoal Black TG Dark case is absolutely stunning. The walnut wood front panel gives it a unique, premium look that really stands out from typical gaming cases. The tempered glass side panel shows off the build beautifully, making it perfect for a high-end setup. Airflow is excellent right out of the box thanks to the two included 140mm Aspect PWM fans, and there’s plenty of room for additional cooling if you want to go all out with custom fans or liquid cooling. Cable management is clean and straightforward, and the case feels very well-built with quality materials throughout. The inclusion of a USB Type-C port on the front I/O is a nice modern touch too. Overall, this case combines style, function, and airflow perfectly, ideal for showcasing a powerful build like an i9 and RTX 5080 setup. Truly a beautiful and thoughtfully designed case.

I love this case, it looks gorgeous and I 100% intend to continue to use this, however, why there is no dust filter on the top is beyond me. I imagine the mesh on top is intended to act as a dust filter of sorts, but I can promise you it does not. It is a somewhat small case, in that I had a fright trying to install my XFX 7800xt 319, because the card itself was longer than the width of the glass pane so I had to twist the card a bit to fit it. I would not be comfortable putting a front radiator in this case, but top radiators are better anyway. I'd recommend 2x140mm fans in the front, not the included ones, I find the Aspect 140mm fans to be very loud for 140mm fans, as intake, a rear 120mm exhaust, and a 280mm AIO on top as exhaust. The position the stock fans came in was great, it is almost like my cpu and gpu have their own intake fans because of this, but I find the CPU 8/16pin slot to be too small and not in a great position. It is amazing to build in otherwise though, nice deep cable channel towards the front of the right side panel with 3 preinstalled velcro cable ties, it comes with a few(4 I think) standard zip-ties in the accessory box, the mesh model comes with a fan hub too, though the TG one does not. It has some nice quality of life stuff with it, the middle MOBO stand-off isn't a screw one rather a positioning one that makes installation easier, all panels are easily removable, and the HDD & SSD brackets are great, though with a Corsair SATA power cable, I had to bend the cable to plug this in. If you are buying this case, it won't be for price, or anything like that, it will be purely for the looks of it, and it is damned gorgeous

I'll start by saying this is the best PC case I have ever owned. The style is completely unique with the beautiful wooden finish at the front, and the attention to detail second to none. The case is incredibly easy to assemble, with great cable storage (both in terms of space and organisation), and my components through the glass side panel look absolutely fantastic. Even removing the panels to do regular cleaning is easy thanks to the 'clip' mechanism for re-attaching the panels. This makes it much easier to line the panel(s) up with the groove, as opposed to other cases where you have to align and then slide the panel without letting it slip. The airflow on this case is great; my temperatures have been very cool, especially when idling. I added an exhaust fan as this case doesn't come with one. The two fans that are included on the front are very quiet yet powerful. As a side note, I would personally recommend that everyone has at least one exhaust fan regardless of the case/components. I don't begrudge Fractal for not including one, as I was planning on using my own LED fan anyway. My one and only complaint is that in SOME areas there seemed to be a lack of care during assembly. The screws have been overtightened and threaded on the side panels upon manufacture. The PSU casing paint chipped off slightly around my PSU. Now, these are only minor issues, but it did feel like it let the case down somewhat. I sent my feedback to Fractal and was pleased with their response. Hopefully these issues have been fixed now (I was an early adopter), but it would definitely not stop me from buying this case again.

Me gusto su diseño muy limpio y estético y me encanto el detalle de madera real de la parte frontal. Es modular y muy facil de armar y desarmar. Tiene espacio para muchos ventiladores y su manual de instrucciones es muy claro. Viene con todos los accesorios necesarios de un gabinete. Me encanto, tengo dos iguales en casa.

Es un gabinete elegante y soporta varios ventiladores. El precio es caro, la calidad del metal no es tan buena, ya que se dobla fácilmente. Soporta disipadores altos como los de Noctua. Además trae espacio para tarjetas como la rtx 5070 ti. En general es un buen gabinete pero tiene varias áreas de mejora, debería de traer el fan bracket lateral.

Siempre me han gustado las cajas para PC "distintas" las he tenido totalmente transparentes en los 90s, incluso he llegado a tener un PC construido dentro de un cajón de escritorio, esta es de esas "minimalistas" estuve por pillar una Corsair a la que se le pueden colocar paneles de madera, pero se subía mucho de precio y esta me llamó la atención, me recordó a los diseños de IKEA y como en el salón tengo madera me atrajo la verdad. Tengo que decir, que antes de comprarla también vi un video en youtube de un unboxing con su review, esta es la XL y queria estar seguro de que me iba a entrar todo sin problema, la gráfica es enorme y el disipador de la CPU también. Trae detalles, como en otras cajas que se precien hoy en día, la tornillería, las correas, las cintas y en esta también una bandeja lateral para colocar 2 ventiladores auxiliares para refrigerar la gráfica o bien la CPU, en mi caso no la he colocado No es blanca "blanco nieve" a ver, es como color hueso o blanco huevo y el interior tampoco es que sea negro, he montado otras cajas blancas con el interior igualmente blanco, pero en esta es mas bien gris oscuro, que en la mía no se ve porque es cerrada sin ventana, el lateral es Mesh (panel micro agujereado) la parte superior igualmente es una maya. Trae 3 ventiladores de 120 PWM en el frontal (que se pueden retirar) yo le colocado otros 2 de 140 uno detras y otro arriba., le he colocado también otro de 80 sujeto por fuera detrás de la gráfica para ayudar a extraer el aire caliente cuando esté a tope. No está insonorizada, pero tampoco es ruidosa al tener ventiladores de 140 (incluidos los de la CPU) que son mas silenciosos, unas buenas patas de goma y topes también de goma para los discos duros (si los pones) eso sí el aire fluye que da gusto, es muy fresca. A la hora de montar y desmontar es fácil, son tornillos de palometa que se pueden quitar con los dedos o incluso la tapa superior que se desliza hacia atrás sin tornillos (tiene una lengüeta de piel) En resumen, muy buena estética y diseño, que la puedes poner en una sala o salón sin que te parta la vista, jejejejjj.
