Highly recommend this digestive enzyme supplement. The last few years after reaching 50 I’ve gained weight around tummy and I started to bloat after meals. I also used to get acid reflux regularly and put it down to just my age thinking this is what happens and nothing I could do about it. Then I went online read about the benefits of digestive enzymes and the benefits it may have if bloating and tirednesss etc. So I ordered them to try and take two a day usually befor my main meal. I couldn’t believe how much this has helped me. I have tried other brands 3 in total but find this one works better for me. So I order two and save £4. I even take them if I go out for a meal and take it 5 mins before I start to eat anything and it makes a big difference.

I had been using this product for quite some time and decided to compare it's ingredients against another brand recently. In doing so, I was absolutely shocked to read it contains Maltodextrin! If you are not familiar with this ingredient, a quick web search reveals that it "can cause gas, diarrhea, bloating, cramping, and constipation. It can also contribute to intestinal disorders" Some of the issues that I (and I am sure, many others) use this product for, are actually the potential side effects of using it too!! I'm normally very careful when it comes to supplements and unnecessary fillers but sadly this slipped through the net. Needless to say that I won't be using it again.

Been taking these now for 10 days, unfortunately they do not work for me an actual fact I feel more bloated after fluids and food.

Not sure what I expected from these tablets. Haven't felt much of a difference to be honest. Might work for some people.

I used to struggle with bloating and cramping pains after meals, generally my evening mean but since taking these those symptoms have stopped! I still feel dull but I don't gross and bloated! I take 2 tablets with my evening meal but sometimes have 2 after lunch if I feel a little heavy then. I would highly recommend to anyone who struggles with similar symptoms.

Been taking the for 2 days now, I've had this cough for months and I woke up "still coughing but not as bad" could it be because if this? Or am I just having a lucky day? Who knows
