I used almond milk and could never get rid of the chalky texture. I got the vanilla flavor, it smelled like pumpkin but tasted like vanilla. Initially, I thought I got pumpkin spice instead of vanilla, it was intense. It’s protein powder, it did its job. I felt full after having it for a good bit, like I had a good snack. It didn’t upset my lactose intolerant stomach.
