Writing this review after a year! (Location BLR) Unfortunately the fan has failed to deliver and so is the pathetic service by the company. I bought four Prima A4 for my home and within a month one fellow gave up. With all pain getting official service a PCB was replaced free of charge. Year after haunting starts.. same fan behaves erratic, will only start at Her Highness Hema Malini's mood! Despite logging several complaints online/offline ... they are Kuhl as always, hell with the customer. With all these, I decided to put my hands and descended the fan. To my surprise the electronics or PCB is not having conformal coating, the passive components and plastic housing are of cheap quality. I replaced all passive components with branded one and fan got a life. Yet service person has to visit as the ticket is open. Verdict: Go with some other brand rather than Kuhl... before you burn!

Overall, I give the Kuhl Prima A4 BLDC Ceiling Fan five stars for its exceptional performance, stylish design, and value for money.
