**Q: Because there is no preservative in these drops do they need to be refrigerated after opening? What is the shelf life once opened?**
A: Per the vendor: These do not need to be refrigerated and the shelf life is 30 days after opening.

However if you do refrigerate them - it will make your eyes feel better. It has a soothing effect.

**Q: Whats up with ugly tip designs? Same thing with Bio true. These two brands that work great with my eye driness but tip design god awful**
